Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan gives you unlimited bookings, unlimited kennels, customer and pet profiles, and a calendar view. No credit card required. Upgrade to Growth or Pro when you're ready.
How long does setup take?
Most kennel owners are up and running in under 5 minutes. Create your account, add your kennel units, and you're ready to start taking bookings.
Can I switch from another system?
Absolutely. Send us your spreadsheets, paper records, or exports from another system and we'll upload everything to your account for free. No data entry required.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. Customers can book directly from your online booking page without creating an account. Their details are saved automatically for next time.
How do online payments work?
We use Stripe to process payments securely. You connect your bank account during setup, and deposits go directly to you. Available on every plan, including Free. See ouronline payment fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your settings page at any time.
Does it work for catteries too?
Yes. The Kennel Manager was built for multi-species from day one. You can set up species-specific units, pricing, and health tracking for cats, dogs, or any other animals you board.
